Controller of Examinations

The Controller of Examinations (COE) is responsible for the overall conduct of university examinations, evaluation, and result publication. The COE office ensures transparency, fairness, and timeliness in all examination-related activities.

Examination Procedures

Results

Examination results are published on the college ERP portal. Students can access their results using their register number and date of birth.

Revaluation Process

1. Apply for revaluation within 15 days of result publication
2. Pay the prescribed revaluation fee
3. Submit the application through the COE office
4. Answer scripts are re-evaluated by an independent examiner
5. Revised results are published within 30 days
